Attitude

"Your attitude determines your altitude", "attitude is everything", etc., etc. I know, you've heard all that #!@/# stuff before and you're tired of it. But wait! Now there's medical proof that your attitude can directly affect your health. Studies have shown that people with good, optimistic attitudes are less likely to have heart problems, strokes, and high blood pressure, because they feel less daily stress in their lives. However, pessimistic people are fifty percent more likely to have heart problems, and thirty percent more likely to have high blood pressure. Don't worry, be happy.
